Our minimum stay can vary depending on the apartment and the season. Generally, a minimum of 2 or 3 nights is required. For detailed information, please contact us with your desired dates.
You can make your payments securely via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms. All details will be provided to you during the reservation process.
– For cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date, a full refund is provided if the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking.
– A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
– No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare accordingly and ensure a smooth check-in. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Yes, luggage drop-off is allowed before check-in or after check-out, depending on the host’s availability.
Yes, we offer a private airport transfer service to ensure a comfortable start to your trip. You can request this service when you make your reservation and discuss the details with our team.
