1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of accommodation services provided by Origine Rentals (“We” or “Us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings: Reservations are made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed.

- For cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date, a full refund is provided if the cancellation is within the first 48 hours of booking.
- A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- 入住: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.
- 退房: Check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM.
- Luggage: Luggage drop-off services may be offered, subject to host’s convenience.
4. House Rules
- 儿童及年龄政策: Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 18 and above are considered adults, and the minimum age for check-in is 18.
- 宠物: Pets are generally accepted, but prior notification and approval are mandatory. Approval may vary depending on the pet’s type, size, and number, and additional charges may apply.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our apartments.
- Parties: Parties or loud events are not permitted. Guests are expected to be respectful of their neighbors.
- Damages: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
5. Origine Rentals Responsibilities
- To ensure the apartments are clean, safe, and comply with the advertised conditions.
- To provide support for any emergencies or maintenance issues that may arise during the stay.
- To protect the privacy of our guests’ personal information.
